i through with the fair. lol it was not that great of an experience this year. my dad and josh both got special mention (not high enough for 1st, 2nd or 3rd place ribbons). so that was good at least. there were some really good photos there but the majority of the ones that placed with ribbons were boring. most of it i have seen before. you know? nothing memorable or original. 2 of them that i remember were something i could have gone to sears or walmart’s photo center and had taken. how many ways can you say boring?
the only thing i’m thankful to them for is that it makes me print my pictures out in a larger size. so at least i have that. to quote someone from back in the day “they are through with money”…lol well until next year when i get the bug to do it again. but i doubt it.
that’s sweet one…can you make it b/w? fair submittal maybe?
